ABOUT THE EVENT

Craniosacral Healing Arts is offering monthly clinics focused on supporting specific parts of the body that we notice common patterns of holding.  These areas are special because most conventional therapies do not work on these areas; they are often overlooked, yet essential to be touched.

Our intention is to offer these clinics as a way for folks to receive greater support at a sliding scale.

These 4-hand sessions can create fast and potent shifts because you will receive support from two practitioners at the same time.

These clinics have a focus, but each session will be unique to the needs of your body.

Our goal is to release trauma / tension in the body in the least invasive way possible.

This month's focus is MENINGES & DURA:

The main focus of May's clinic is to provide support for individuals in releasing their meninges and dural tube, which are crucial components of the craniosacral system. These areas are often where we hold stress, tension, toxins, and trauma.

The meninges are a type of connective tissue that surrounds the brain and lines the bones of the skull. It is a common area where restrictions can occur due to neuro-inflammatory conditions like fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and long covid.

The dural tube, which surrounds the spinal cord, can also experience restrictions that can hinder the functioning of the spinal cord. People who have received epidurals may experience ongoing negative effects if the scar tissue is not released, such as lower back tension and headaches.
